Diagnostyka recently debuted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in a €400m IPO, which allowed MidEuropa to fully realise its investment. During MidEuropa’s partnership with the company, Diagnostyka expanded through over 120 acquisitions, driving consistent revenue growth of 24 per cent per annum. We ask Matthew Strassberg about his experience supporting the company through its gradual transformation from a regional, founder-led business into a $1bn market cap national champion. What learnings does he take away from the journey? What can we conclude from the significant interest from international and domestic investors in the IPO for the sector and the region?
